Findings from the recent BASCAP Global Survey on Counterfeiting and Piracy indicate that public cooperation with enforcement agencies is an important element of a country’s ability to create a favourable environment for IP protection.

In recognition of the value of public observation and reporting, BASCAP has created this mechanism for reporting counterfeit and pirated goods. All reports will be kept confidential and directed only to the company impacted by the infringement.
