A Richmond man was sentenced today to 63 months in prison and could lose $600,000 for selling counterfeit brand-name clothing and shoes and wiring the proceeds to a supplier in China.
The fine imposed was judged to be his profit and also took in consideration the fact that he was a relapser, he said, adding that in another separate case another man was even given a jail sentence.
